Hello Everyone!
Today in this episode of blog, we will be talking about a common question our customers always ask:
Which printing method should I choose for my t-shirt printing?
First of all, there are a few very commonly used printing methods:
*Click on them to understand more from my other blog post
1. Silk Screen Printing
2. Digital Transfer Printing
3. Embroidery
4. Vinyl Transfer
There are many factors involved to decide which method of printing service is most suitable for your custom designs.
1. Your T-Shirt Logo
Is your logo in solid colours or full colours (gradient colours)?
Yes; then silkscreen printing, embroidery and vinyl transfer cannot be done, as they only allow solid colour printing. So only digital transfer is suitable for your logo.
No; then yes we will most likely recommend you to take silk screen printing or embroidery depend on your preference.
2. Quantity
Are you looking at low quantity like 10 or less pieces to print?
Yes; probably silk screen is not a good choice, as silk screen printing is good for bulk printing, the more you print the more cheaper it gets! So any low quantity, we suggest you to take digital transfer, vinyl transfer instead!
No; then silk screen might be a good choice of printing as its lasting and cheap with high quantity printing
3. Any Individualised Position/Names/Numbers?
Yes; if you have printing that have personalised names for example, you can only use vinyl transfer.
Confused? Yes nothing wrong to be confused! You can drop us an enquiry, and we can advise you the best t-shirt printing method that suits your custom logo, budget and quantity!
